Comprehensive Home Inspections
From the foundation to the roof, the major systems in the home are evaluated on the interior and exterior, with the exception of pools and spas. We also use Supra key systems to keep your home secured without your agent having to let us in. All issues observed in the home are documented in a detailed, computer-generated report with digital photos of the most significant concerns. These inspections generally evaluate the following:

Radon Testing & Add-On Services
Along with our basic inspection package, there are several other add-ons that you can request for an inspection with added depth. One of the most popular add-ons is our radon test. We have four electronic radon monitors available, where we would place one of them in the home for a minimum of two days. After that, we simply download the report and email it to you and your real estate agent; no waiting to get results from a lab. Along with radon tests, you can choose other services to add to your inspection for a small fee, including:

The Final Report
Our inspections culminate in detailed report that is completed off-site and emailed to you and your real estate agent in a PDF file. All reports will be done the same day of the inspection, usually in just a few hours after it is completed. Reports generally run 30 to 50 pages, with system-by-system evaluations of every area of the home.
Please note that the inspection report should not be considered as a warranty. Equipment breaks down over time and Mother Nature can prove troublesome. Likewise, we imply no assurance that equipment will not fail in the future. A home inspection cannot always detect every flaw, but we will give you the best possible evaluation of every area of the home to which we have access.
